ANTIQUE FAIR BOOKING FORM Please click here for the PETERBOROUGH FESTIVAL OF ANTIQUES BOOKING FORM We have pleasure in enclosing our calender of Antique Fairs. Please see separate booking form for the Peterborough Festival of Antiques. We hope this will be of interest and look forward to hearing from you in the near future. We often receive more bookings than we can accommodate and have to turn applicants down, we suggest therefore that you book as soon as possible. The procedure for booking is as follows:- 1. Complete the booking form indicating the number of stalls required at each event. Return the form with a £5.00 deposit (a further deposit will not be required if we hold £5.00 from previous events). The booking system is worked on a yearly basis, therefore if you require fairs throughout the year please ensure you book all these events together. This is especially important with the popular fairs we organise. 2. Full details will be sent to you at least two weeks before each event. You may cancel up to three weeks before the event without incurring any loss. If you you cancel after this you will lose your deposit. A further £5.00 will be required. If you fail to attend on the day you will be expected to pay the full amount. This will be carried out as a routine, there will be no exceptions. 3. Your stall rent, less the deposit will be payable on the day between 10.00 am and 2.00 pm at the administration desk. If you have subsequent bookings you will be required to pay the full amount and your deposit will 'roll on' to the next event. All events will be open for unloading at 7.30 am and open to the public from 9.30 am to 4.30 pm. You are expected to be fully unloaded by 9.00 am and under no circumstances to pack up before 4.30 pm. You will be provided with one 6ft x 2ft table plus two chairs, additional tables are permitted at our discretion but must be pre booked, at a cost of £3.00 each We hope you will be interested and look forward to hearing from you.
